Plants are dispatched in growing condition and may not be in full flower. If too tall to pack safely, we may cut them back — this helps them establish more quickly. Read our Mail Order FAQs.
Eurybia divaricata, formerly known as Aster divaricatus, bears a profusion of white daisy flowers on dark, near-black, wiry stems in late summer. The branching stems give the flowers a light, airy appearance.
Useful for woodland planting, it grows well in dappled or deeper shade and tolerates a range of soil conditions. Try planting it beneath trees or along shaded boundaries. This easy-to-grow, long-lived perennial benefits from division every two or three years to maintain its vigour.
